Conrad Polygraph was established in 2001 by owner and polygraph examiner, M. Conrad. Since that time Conrad Polygraph has administered thousands of polygraph examinations.
M. Conrad has been the Vice President of the Illinois Polygraph Society since 2021.
M. Conrad was the vice president of the Illinois Polygraph Society from 2011-2013. M. Conrad was one of the Directors of the Illinois Polygraph Society from 2014-2016 as well as a member of the Illinois Polygraph Society Grievance Committee from 2014-2015.
M. Conrad is currently a member of the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), the American Polygraph Association (APA), National Polygraph Association (NPA), Illinois Polygraph Society (IPS) and is certified to administer polygraph examinations to those convicted and accused of sex crimes. M. Conrad is also an Illinois certified polygraph trainer.
In 2001, M. Conrad established Conrad Polygraph Inc. A full service polygraph laboratory which conducts Polygraph testing for the private sector, law enforcement, governmental entities, and the legal profession.
We conduct polygraph screening exams for dozens of police and fire departments or commissions for entry level police, fire, dispatchers, records clerks and community service personnel.
For the screening of private sector employees, we conduct polygraph exams for those who can qualify under the Employment Polygraph Protection Act of 1988. We also offer employment interview evaluations for those who do not qualify under the EPPA Act.
We conduct sexual history, instant offense, maintenance and monitoring examinations on those accused of sex crimes as well as convicted sex offenders for a variety of state and county agencies as well as for individuals in voluntary therapy with private counselors.
Also, we conduct testing for private couples struggling with issues of sexual addiction or infidelity in their relationships.
Polygraph examinations are administered by the newest model computerized instrument. Video and audio recordings are also conducted with examinations.
The staff of Conrad Polygraph, Inc. include current memberships with: American Association of Police Polygraphists, American Polygraph Association, National Polygraph Association and Illinois Polygraph Society.
Our examiners are also certified to administer polygraph examinations (PCSOT) to those convicted and accused of sexual crimes.
